What is your return policy for home appliances?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Aarke carbonators come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aarke Carbonators include a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal residential use.
Are your PET water bottles BPA-free?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority, and all Aarke PET bottles are BPA-free, non-toxic, and specifically designed to withstand high-pressure carbonation.
Which CO2 cylinders are compatible with Aarke carbonators?
Our machines are compatible with standard 60L CO2 cylinders from most major brands, including Sodastream (except for Sodastream Quick Connect) and AGA.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
